Five athletes in competition after the historic result of Tokyo The Republic of San Marino is preparing to participate in the Paris 2024 Olympics with a delegation of five athletes. After the successes achieved in Tokyo, where the small Republic won its first silver and two bronzes, the goal of repeating these results seems ambitious, but not impossible. In particular, prominent athletes such as Alessandra Perilli, winner of silver in team trap and bronze in the women’s individual event, and Myles Amine Mularoni, bronze medallist in wrestling in Tokyo, will be present.

Young hopes for San Marino

The ensigns of the delegation will be the two youngest athletes: the sprinter Alessandra Gasparelli and the swimmer Loris Bianchi, both determined to leave their mark in the competition. With them there will also be the archer Giorgia Cesarini, ready to compete with the best athletes in the world.
